Our story

VerifiedPhilippines was founded by an intercultural couple who met online and built a life together across borders. Along the way, we saw too many honest people, Filipina women and men from abroad alike, burned by fake profiles, scams, and platforms that put profit ahead of people.

We started with a simple idea: what if a dating platform actually cared about the people using it? What if every profile was real? What if the goal was not endless swiping, but one genuine connection? That idea became VerifiedPhilippines.

Our mission

We exist to make serious, intercultural relationships safer. Every Filipina on our platform is identity-checked by a human. Every member who behaves badly is removed. We grow slowly on purpose, because the only number that matters is real connections made.

We are not trying to be the biggest dating platform. We are trying to be the most trustworthy one. That means saying no to fake accounts, no to bots, and no to anyone who treats dating like a game.

Our team

We are a small, distributed team spanning the Philippines, Europe, and the United States. Our staff includes Filipino cultural advisors, customer support specialists who speak both Tagalog and English, and software engineers who have built platforms used by millions.

Every team member has one thing in common: we believe that technology should bring people closer together, not drive them apart. We are always open to people who share our values.
